Advanced Diagnostics is pleased to announce a new exchange option for competitive tools with a commercial value of $500 or more. Customers exchanging a competitive tool for a Smart Pro will also get 6 months UTP with the Smart Pro.
To Complete Purchase the following steps are required:
1-Customer must contact/email their sales rep and provide the competitive tool name and serial number. Trade-ins REQUIRE APPROVAL by Advanced Diagnostics and/or Southern Lock Management before sale can be completed.
2-The Smart Pro Exchange Order Form must be completed and submitted to Advanced Diagnostics along with PO.
3- The purchasing customer needs to store trade-in unit in a safe place until Advanced Diagnostics contacts the customer regarding shipment of the trade-in unit. Please DO NOT send your trade-in unit to Southern Lock. Southern Lock can not accept responsibility for unit.
4-If in the event the trade-in unit is not returned to Advanced Diagnostics in time allowed. Customer will we responsible for price difference vs this plan and whicher new plan is selected.
