The MB KR55 Remote Key Maker is the world’s first device capable of programming both the transponder chip and flip remotes (2- and 3-button) for Mercedes-Benz vehicles from 1997 to 2005.
It supports both spare key programming and all-keys-lost scenarios.
This key maker enables key and remote programming for all Mercedes ML W163 models (1997–2005) without the need to open or disassemble any part of the vehicle.

- Supports all functions of the ABK-2255 MB ML W163 key programmer—and more
- Programs MB ML W163 keys/remotes via OBD (spare key & all keys lost) without EAM/AAM removal
- Enables spare key/remote programming without removing the immobilizer
- Supports all-keys-lost programming for other models via EEPROM data
- Remote programming supported at 315MHz & 433MHz only
- Compatible with new & refurbished remotes for MB ML W163
- For models other than ML W163, only Genuine new or special Mercedes remotes are supported
- Does not support 1-button IR remote programming at this time
